  • Take 1 cup of Toor Dal and soak it for sometime
  • Once is soaked cook it and keep aside
  • Take 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 4 to 5 cloves of Garlic
  • Curry leaves
  • ¼ th tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  • 1 and a half teaspoon of Garam Masala
  • Salt as per taste

  • Take a kadhai and keep it on the Gas Stove and add 1 tablespoon of oil to it
  • Add Cloves of chopped Garlic to it
  • To this add ½ teaspoon Mustard seeds

  • Once the ingredients start spluttering add onions and tomatoes to it

  • Let it cook for a few minutes

  • Take a frying pan and put the Dry prawns over it
  • Add one tablespoon oil (optional) to it and roast the dry prawns nicely in it
  • Roast the dry prawns nicely once done take them in a plate
  • Nicely roast the dry prawns and check whether very crispy by breaking them, if they break easily then they are perfect.
  • Let the Dry prawns cool down for sometime
  • Add onions to the dry prawns
  • Then add Red Chilli Powder 2 tablespoons which we had kept ready

  • Curry Leaves 10 to 12 
  • Green chilies 2 to 4 finely chopped
  • 7 to 8 garlic cloves
  • 2 to 3 Green chilies cut into 2 pieces
  • Curd

Preparation Of Kadhi Bhaji 

  • Take a bowl and add cabbage to it
  • Add finely chopped green chilies to it
  • Salt half tablespoon or as per taste
  • Turmeric one teaspoon
  • ¾ th cup of Gram Flour to the mix
  • Add some water to it and mix it well
  • Add some more Gram Flour to the mix so that it is not too liquid
  • Now we make Buttermilk of curd by adding water

Keep a Big Wok on the flame 

  • Add 2 to 3 tablespoons oil 
  • Once it is slightly heated add mustard seeds
  • Crush 8 to 10 Garlic cloves and add to the oil
  • Curry leaves to be added
  • Mix it well
  • Green chilies to be added
  • Now to the mixture in the wok add buttermilk(Take care as there is a chance of the oil and the buttermilk mixture spurting out)

Take the Remaining ¼ th Gram Flour in a bowl and add some water also mix it well so that no lumps are formed

Add this mix to the wok and again mix well

  • Also, add some sugar and salt as per taste
  • Add ¼ th teaspoon of turmeric
  • Now let this mixture boil for some time and after some time take it down and keep it aside

Kadhi Bhaji

Take another wok 

  • Now to this add 4 to 5 cups of oil
  • Deep fry the previously made mixture of cabbage and Gram Flour by making it into a ball-like shapes
  • Once these balls of cabbage and gram flour are properly cooked then take it on a kitchen towel so that most of the oil is soaked

Add this cabbage and Gram flour Balls also known as “Bhaji” to the mixture of buttermilk and other ingredients which we had prepared previously also known as “Kadhi”

Tip :- Add Bhaji when you are going to serve it as it shall remain crispy. If you like soft Bhaji then keep it in immersed in the bowl.

  • To this mixture in the mixer add slowly add All-Purpose flour and Gram flour in parts and mix well till all of it is in the mixer

  • Add 3 to 4 drops of Vanilla essence to the mixture

  • Fold it in a triangular shape. Fold one corner and stretch it to the the other side, Apply water slightly to make the dough stick to the other part.
  • Close  the opening by pressing the dough slightly and making the dough stick to one another
  • Repeat the same. Enclose all the open parts and fold the lowest part to make the filling stay in the Samosa and not spill out

  • Preheat Pressure cooker for 2 mins
  • Add oil
  • Once the oil heats add cumin seeds

  • After 2 minutes when the onions are golden brown then add tomatoes
  • Mix well for 2 to 3 mins

Add all the spices one by one

  • Add Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garam masala powder

Mix it well

Reduce the flame of the gas 

  • Add Washed and soaked Rice kept aside for half an hour to the mixture of onion, tomato and spices
  • Mix it well so that all the spices are blended well with the mixture 
  • Now add potatoes
  • Add water to the mixture of rice
  • Now add boiled eggs to this mixture
  • Mix well and close the lid for 15 to 20 mins on high flame 
  • Check it after 10 mins and then reduce the flame 
  • Keep a Tawa below the cooker as we cannot keep the rice on high flame now 
  • Once the Tawa is kept and the cooker is mounted on it, the flame can be kept on high 
  • Check after 10 to 15 mins
  • If the rice is cooked properly, then switch off the flame.

Dal Palak Recipe :- 

  • Add Toor dal to a bowl
  • To this Toor Dal add spinach
  • Add chopped onions to this mixture
  • Similarly, add peanuts to the mixture
  • Half a cup of water to be added
  • Put this bowl in the pressure cooker and wait for 3 whistles
  • Take grated coconut and grind in the mixer
  • After 3 whistles let the cooker cool down

Keep a wok For heating

  • Add oil 2 to 3 tablespoons to the wok
  • Smash the garlic and add it to the wok
  • Wait for it to splutter
  • Then add the cooked mixture of spinach, onions, peanuts to the wok
  • Add red chili powder
  • Turmeric
  • Salt as per taste
  • Mix it well
  • Add coconut milk which we had grinded 
  • Water as per the consistency needed
  • Tamarind pulp due to this Dal Palak will be slightly tangy

Let it boil for 8 to 10 minutes

Switch off the gas

Garnish it with grated coconut and serve.

1.Palak(spinach) finely chopped – 1 bunch.

2.Cottage cheese – 150 grams.

3.Oil – 3 to4 tablespoon.

4.Onions – 2

5.Tomatoes – 2

6.Ginger garlic paste – 2 Teaspoon.

7.Red Chilli powder – 1 Teaspoon.

8.Turmeric- 1/2 Teaspoon

9.Garam Masala- 1 Teaspoon.

10.Salt as per taste.

11.Fresh Cream – 2 tablespoons.

How to make Palak Paneer In Marathi

Preparation :-

1.Take two tomatoes and make its Puree.

2.Grind Chopped onions in a Mixer Grinder.

3.Cook Spinach and make its puree.

4.Shallow fry cottage cheese(optional)

5.Heat the pan and add oil.

6.Add ginger garlic paste and saute it.

7.Add ground onion and saute it for a minute.

8.Add Tomato Puree cook it till it leaves oil

9.Add Red chilli powder, turmeric, Garam masala, salt and

  Mix it well and saute it for a few minutes.

10.Then add Palak Puree.

11.Mix it well and add cream.

12.Cover the pan for a few minutes to cook it.

13.Add Cotton cheese again cover and cook for

   Few minutes.

14.Serve it hot with chapati or rice.

Tip:-If you are not having cream you can add half a cup milk or

You can add cashew nut paste to give it a good taste.
