Preparation of Homemade Muffins 

  • 1 ¼ th cup of All-Purpose flour take in a big sieving bowl
  • Add 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Sieve it
  • Take a mixer Grinder and add 1 cup of ghee and 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Mix the mixture in the grinder
  • Take 5 eggs and remove the yellow of the eggs in a separate bowl
  • Now take only the whites of the eggs, Beat it nicely and add to the mixture in the mixer
  • Mix the mixture of the Beaten Egg whites and Ghee and sugar in the mixer Grinder/Food Processor
  • Now Beat the yellow of the eggs that we had kept aside
  • Add it to the mixture and turn on the mixer to mix it nicely
  • Now add the All-Purpose flour slowly to the mixture
  • Add Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon to the mixture
  • Cups to be taken and oil applied
  • Special Paper for cupcakes to be taken and put in the cups
  • Take 1 tablespoon of the mix and put it in the bowl in which we have kept the paper
  • Fill the cup till ¾ th level

Preparation:-

  • Take 2 and a half cup of all-purpose flour
  • To it add 1/2 cup Gram Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Sieve it

Take a Mixer Grinder

  • Add 1 cup of ghee to it
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar add to this mixture
  • Start the mixer and mix both the ingredients well
  • To this mixture in the mixer add slowly add All-Purpose flour and Gram flour in parts and mix well till all of it is in the mixer
  • Mix all the mixture in the mixer properly
  • Add 3 to 4 drops of Vanilla essence to the mixture

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Baking powder 3 / 4 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 / 2 tsp
  • Walnuts 10 
  • Dates 20

  • Add milk 1 cup in dates keep aside 
  • Take 1 cup ghee in blender mixer with 3 / 4 cup powdered sugar 
  • Beat 
  • Add baking powder and baking soda and blend it 
  • Put dates and milk in a mixer and grind in to smooth paste 
  • Add this in a blender with remaining milk and blend
  • See consistency 
  • Break walnuts into pieces add to the mixture
  • Add dates kept aside to the mixture
  • Preheat oven 180 degrees for 15 minutes 
  • Grease a mold of cake with little oil or ghee and sprinkle maida over it
  • Now add the mixture from the blender to the cake mold 
  • add some walnut pieces over it 
  • Now keep in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 degrees 
  • Remove when done 
  • Inspect with a knife put in the middle of the cake 
  • If it comes clean the cake is baked
