Palak Paneer Recipe 

Preparation time:- 20 mins           cooking time:-20 mins                serves:- 4

Ingredients:-

1.Palak(spinach) finely chopped – 1 bunch.

2.Cottage cheese – 150 grams.

3.Oil – 3 to4 tablespoon.

4.Onions – 2

5.Tomatoes – 2

6.Ginger garlic paste – 2 Teaspoon.

7.Red Chilli powder – 1 Teaspoon.

8.Turmeric- 1/2 Teaspoon

9.Garam Masala- 1 Teaspoon.

10.Salt as per taste.

11.Fresh Cream – 2 tablespoons.

Preparation :-

1.Take two tomatoes and make its Puree.

2.Grind Chopped onions in a Mixer Grinder.

3.Cook Spinach and make its puree.

4.Shallow fry cottage cheese(optional)

5.Heat the pan and add oil.

6.Add ginger garlic paste and saute it.

7.Add ground onion and saute it for a minute.

8.Add Tomato Puree cook it till it leaves oil

9.Add Red chilli powder, turmeric, Garam masala, salt and

  Mix it well and saute it for a few minutes.

10.Then add Palak Puree.

11.Mix it well and add cream.

12.Cover the pan for a few minutes to cook it.

13.Add Cotton cheese again cover and cook for

   Few minutes.

14.Serve it hot with chapati or rice.

Tip:-If you are not having cream you can add half a cup milk or

You can add cashew nut paste to give it a good taste.
