Ratalyacha Kees Recipe Ingredients :-
1.Sweet potato half kilogram (Ratalyacha kees)
2. Groud nut 1 cup
3.Green chilies 3-4
4.Ghee 2 tablespoon
5.Cumin seeds half teaspoon
6.Salt as per taste.
Ratalyacha Kees Recipe Preparation:-
1.Scrape and Grate the sweet potato (Ratala).
2.Rinse the water by pressing the sweet potato.
3.Heat the Pan.
4.Add 2 tablespoon of ghee
5.When the Ghee gets heated slightly add cumin seeds to it.
6.Once the cumin seeds are brown add green chilies to it.
7.Reduce the heat so that it doesn’t get burnt.
8.After removing excess of water from sweet potato slowly add it to the ghee,cumin,green
chilies mix in the pan.
9.Stir it well.
10.While stirring it add salt slowly as per taste.
11.Now after stirring it well on low flame keep it closed for 5 -10 minutes.
12.After 5 to 10 minutes open the lid and again mix the whole mixture in the pan well.
13.Now add Ground nut powder to it and again mix it well.
14.Keep on mixing it for a minute or so.
15.Once it has mixed well then close the lid of the pan again till the mixture gets Cooked.
16.We shall put some water over the lid of the pan.
17.After some time the Ratalyacha kees is ready to be served.
Serve it hot with curd.
